“In Untitled, a village woman holds a radio to her ear, her smile radiating quiet joy. It’s a simple moment, yet layered with meaning—connection, escape and resilience. Drawing from my experiences of both urban and rural life, I reflect on the quiet strength of women navigating complex emotional landscapes. rough aquatint, I seek to capture these fleeting, intimate moments that often go unnoticed. Her smile, to me, is more than just about music—it is defiance, memory and a quiet reclaiming of space in a world that often tries to silence her.”
