Rajesh RV
Chennai-based artist Rajesh R. V. holds a B.Sc. in Visual Communication from Loyola College, Chennai, and an M.Sc. from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. He has showcased his work in solo exhibitions, including Easel Stories Art Gallery, Noida (2021), and sponsored shows at Sarala’s Art World and Dakshina Chitra, Chennai (2017). His group exhibitions include Madras Art Weekend (2024), South Indian Art Shows at Lalit Kala Akademi (2013–2015), and Art Promo Contemporary Art Fest at Chola mandalam Artists’ Village (2012). He has received the Chennai Metro City Award (2016) from the Prafulla Art Foundation, Mumbai, and the Tamil Nadu State Award (2015) for painting. With a strong presence in the contemporary art scene, his work continues to explore cultural narratives and visual storytelling, blending tradition with modern artistic expressions.
