"Connection explores the invisible yet profound ties that bind us to our roots. Like a kite soaring against the vast sky, our dreams appear weightless and free, yet they are held by unseen threads—our history, our people, our belonging. My work reflects this interplay between ambition and grounding, where freedom is not in severing these ties but in understanding them. The contrast between solid, textured forms and weightless, fluid elements in my painting speaks to the duality of life—the struggle between striving and surrender. In a world driven by ceaseless motion, Connection is an invitation to pause, to find joy in the present moment, and to embrace the quiet beauty of simply being."
